12月28日，完成惠州馬拉松賽事后，不少跑友拿著獎牌，在賽后打卡區合影紀念。據清楚，此次完賽獎牌也延續牙醫診所設計了此前的三折疊設計，加持幸運盲盒，融會東坡韻、荔枝紅與嶺南窗，呼應“日中醫診所設計啖荔枝三百顆，不辭身心診所設計長作嶺南人”的佳話；同時，以“山海為簽 新年如愿”為主題，創新采用盲盒情勢，內含三款可裝配冰箱貼，以鵝城年夜橋寄意“年夜展宏圖”、惠州西湖寄意“功德蓮蓮”、羅浮山寄意“春山可看”，愿跑友跑過山海、所愿皆達。
為辦好本屆賽天母室內設計事，賽事組委會供給了一系列賽事保證，在平潭機場、惠州北站、惠州南站及云山站設定“小荔枝”志愿者為選手供給接站服務。賽事期間（12月26日—28日），選手憑號碼布可免費搭乘搭座全市公交車，并可享用住宿消費券、飯店延遲退房及提早早餐等專豪宅設計屬服務。
“新客家、老客家，來到惠州是一家”作為惠州迎客的一貫理念，本屆馬拉松惠州持續打造“好客惠州”馬拉松brand，發布一系列誠意滿滿的“寵粉”福利：選手可憑參賽憑證在賽客變設計前3天至賽后1天免費游覽惠州近40家A級景區。賽前博覽會將特設“東坡樂事闤闠”，匯聚惠州特點美食，沿線設置37個展演節目，涵蓋歌舞、非洲鼓、醒獅、啦啦隊等多種情勢。賽事還設有幸運抽獎環節，獎品涵蓋張韶涵演唱會門票、濱海一日游、環南昆山－羅浮山引領區218最美游玩公路及西湖游船等多重設計家豪宅驚喜。
賽事的勝利離不開堅實的平安與服務保證。醫療保證體系由（市衛生安康局）統一指揮，沿線設立多個醫療站點，配備醫護人員、急救跑者、救護車及AED設備，構建起全覆蓋、快反應的醫療救護網絡。公安、交警部門投進大批警力，實施科學的路況管束與分流引導，在保證賽事流暢進行的同時，最年夜限制減少對市平易近出行的影響。市政環衛人員的及時清算、通訊保證團隊的全部旅程支撐……恰是這些分歧崗位的默默支出與無縫協同，讓每一位跑者的拼搏得以安置，讓整座城市的活氣有序綻放。
